People are very sensitive – Traits and Characteristics

Posted: under Psychology.

One in every twenty people is regarded as a very sensitive person (HSP). This means that either you own may be sensitive or is someone you know. 42% of the population is not very sensitive, which means that most things do not bother them with the way they akan HSP. Other people are in a place between, with a little strange that any completely unemotional. (By the way – 20% of the entire animal kingdom is also very sensitive).

Who are HSP and What Are They?

HSP’s that? Trust that we, the cautious, those who are conservative, saying that “Hey, wait a minute. Let’s think this through before doing anything rash.”

Each community is very sensitive to the needs of the community, because we only need the warriors, the leaders are ready to take the risk. However, we are helping to soften the not-so-sensitive types, which can be a bold, rash and impulsive and may not have issues with thinking through the consequences of their actions. Is very sensitive to the most frequently found on the role of advisors, and Counselors advocators for control.

Unfortunately, in western society, we also labeled as somewhat “damaged”, according to the way that we do not see from the HSP. We considered “too sensitive, too cautious, too shy, too timid, too introverted, too fearful.” What must be realized that this is not “problems” that need to be and remain with those who are sensitive. There is a label attached to us that cause problems. Many non-sensitive people are also embarrassed, ashamed, introverted and fearful, while many people are very sensitive going outside, super-friendly, open, and risk-takers. We just tend to think things through first and weigh all the factors that our senses pick up before forging ahead.

Traits and Characteristics Misinterpreted

So, what are some traits and characteristics of people who are very sensitive? Let’s see some facts and myths that have a label attached to this special group.

genitalia – you may be exposed to greater than those in the HSP group shy. That does not mean that everyone is shy. That’s a myth. Many non-sensitive people are also shy. Sometimes, what mistaken as shyness gluten from the actual situation and the people who we just met. We fear. If the senses we say something that is not true about people, we will not be open to them. First impressions count. It’s not just the way people dress, but all of their behavior, aura, attitude and other little subtleties that we absorb with all our senses. We process the thoughts, feelings and sensations that we receive in each situation. This may make some of us appear to “shame”, if we do not.

Introverted – Another myth. You’ll find many HSP’s can be open, and out-going fun-loving. You will also find many non-sensitive as introverted. Do not mistake in thinking-and inner-reflection as introversion. We need more time alone. This is because our nervous system can go to the top of the load-in situations that are not sensitive people will find interesting. If we become frazzled and over-stimulated, we must find a quiet place as soon as possible to complete the reverse. This is why many HSP’s tend to stay at home more often than not, rather than going to the party. It’s not that we do not want to … We only know our system can not handle the excess time for too long. If we can not go, we’ll pull into ourselves, as a kind of protective shield, to try to reduce the noise, scenery, sound and smell of bombarding us to calm down.
